Krav Maga is the official defensive tactic system of the Israeli military and has proven it's effectiveness on front lines, becoming the worlds fastest growing reality based self defence system. It is now taught to over 500 military and law enforcement units throughout the world.

Krav Maga is based on simple principles and instinctive movements covering fitness, fighting, self defence, weapon defense and third party protection which enable you to protect yourself and others from life threatening situations.
